McLane Advisors was co-founded in 1954 by Frank McLane in Houston, Texas.  Mr. McLane owned and operated the firm for over 44 years.  Beginning with the Houston Police Department, over time he nurtured and expanded McLane Advisors into the broad financial services firm that it has become today.

 

In 1995, Frank McLane decided to retire.  At that time, Jim Schulmire, Frank McLane, Jr. and Todd McLane formed a partnership and bought the firm.  The three partners have continued to provide the same level of service and personal touch that Frank pioneered in 1954.  All three partners are investment advisor representatives. Combine this with their years of experience and you have a team that is particularly qualified to assist individuals in planning for their future and retirement.
